Welcome to altaiechoes.com. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Paws Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (the "Company", "we", or "us"), and the individual or entity accessing or using our services (the "User" or "you").
1. Description of Services
We provide services including, but not limited to: high-end travel itinerary planning in Mongolia, professional photography services, tailored expeditions, and related consulting services (the "Services").
2. Acceptance and Changes
By accessing this website or booking our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required to secure a booking.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled no later than 60 days before the departure date.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made 90+ days before departure are eligible for a refund of the balance (minus deposit); 61-90 days receive a 50% refund of the total cost; within 60 days, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property and Photography
- Brand Ownership: The brands "Altai Echoes" and "北境之脊", logos, and website content are the exclusive property of Paws Limited.
- Photography: Copyright of professional photos provided during the journey remains with Paws Limited. We grant clients a license for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to use such images for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests anonymity.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Destination Risks: Travel in Mongolia involves remote areas and extreme weather. Users assume all inherent risks associated with outdoor activities.
- Third-Party Providers: As an organizer, we are not liable for the negligence or default of airlines, local hotels, or third-party operators.
- Insurance: It is mandatory for users to purchase their own travel insurance, including emergency medical evacuation.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the Services for illegal activities or disrupt the website's operation. Users commit to respecting local cultural traditions and laws during the journey.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
