This Agreement is entered into by and between Paws Limited (the \"Company\") and the individual booking the journey (the \"Client\").
1. Scope of Services
The Company is responsible for the planning and execution of the travel services as outlined in the itinerary. The Client understands that due to the unique environment of Mongolia, the Company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary based on weather, transport, or safety factors.
2. Payments and Confirmation
- Full Payment: To secure scarce local resources and ensure exclusivity, a 100% full payment is required upon invoice receipt to confirm your spot. The booking is only confirmed once the payment is successfully received. The Company does not guarantee any reservations without full payment.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
The Company understands plans may change. Due to the scarcity of resources in the region, our policy is as follows:
- Regular Journeys：
- Cancellation 45+ days before departure: 70% refund of the total fee.
- Cancellation within 44 days of departure: Strictly non-refundable.
- Echoes · Festival Collection：
- Due to the scarce nature of festival resources, Festival Series journeys are strictly non-refundable once booked.
- Transferability：
- Spots are transferable up to 30 days before departure, subject to administrative fees for flight/visa name changes.
4. Health, Risk, and Insurance
- Risk Disclosure: Mongolian expeditions involve high altitudes, extreme weather, and outdoor activities (e.g., horse riding). The Client confirms they are physically fit and voluntarily assumes all associated risks.
- Mandatory Insurance: It is mandatory for the Client to purchase personal travel insurance including \"Emergency Medical Evacuation.\" The Company is not liable for costs arising from the Client's failure to secure adequate insurance.
5. Photography and Image Rights
- Copyright: Copyright of all photos taken by the Company's photographers remains with the Company.
- Usage: The Company grants the Client a license for personal, non-commercial use. The Company reserves the right to use images featuring the Client for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website) unless the Client requests anonymity in writing prior to the trip.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for losses caused by Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions, flight delays/cancellations). The Company is not directly liable for the default of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) but will assist the Client in seeking redress.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
