Travel Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between Paws Limited (the \"Company\") and the individual booking the journey (the \"Client\").

1. Scope of Services

The Company is responsible for the planning and execution of the travel services as outlined in the itinerary. The Client understands that due to the unique environment of Mongolia, the Company reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary based on weather, transport, or safety factors.

2. Payments and Confirmation

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee is required to secure the booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled at least 60 days prior to departure. Failure to do so will be treated as a cancellation by the Client, and the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • 90+ days before departure: Refund of the balance (excluding deposit).
  • 61-90 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Within 60 days of departure: All payments are strictly non-refundable.

4. Health, Risk, and Insurance

  • Risk Disclosure: Mongolian expeditions involve high altitudes, extreme weather, and outdoor activities (e.g., horse riding). The Client confirms they are physically fit and voluntarily assumes all associated risks.
  • Mandatory Insurance: It is mandatory for the Client to purchase personal travel insurance including \"Emergency Medical Evacuation.\" The Company is not liable for costs arising from the Client's failure to secure adequate insurance.

5. Photography and Image Rights

  • Copyright: Copyright of all photos taken by the Company's photographers remains with the Company.
  • Usage: The Company grants the Client a license for personal, non-commercial use. The Company reserves the right to use images featuring the Client for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website) unless the Client requests anonymity in writing prior to the trip.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for losses caused by Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions, flight delays/cancellations). The Company is not directly liable for the default of third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels) but will assist the Client in seeking redress.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
